By placing an order, you confirm and warrant that:

4. Regulated & flagged compounds

5. Limitation of liability

Vexar Lab Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from misuse of any product, from use other than legitimate in-vitro research, or from any use that contravenes these terms or applicable law. Products are supplied without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose beyond the stated research specification.

6. Returns

Due to the nature of research chemicals, returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect, reported within 7 days of delivery. Opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Vexar Lab Ltd is a company registered in the United Kingdom.
